SO, I know I’ve posted on twitter like a million times, but I FINALLY got to go to a Laker game this past tuesday! I haven’t been to a Laker game at the Staples Center (last time I went they were still at the Forum in Inglewood), so when my friend asked me to go with her, I literally almost cried, screamed and accepted the invitation. 

We get to Staples, and OMG we are on the effing NINTH row, right in the middle section. It was UNREAL- even when I went to Clipper games, I was never UNDER the scoreboard, it was crazy. Seeing Kobe and the Lakers who I grew up watching since i was like 5 years old in the flesh was AWESOME. 

Oh wait, it gets better- so my friends dad and his friends were sitting courtside and we could see them from our seats so we kept waving and saying hi to them, and during halftime, he texts my friend and asks “hey, do you guys want to switch seats at the beginning of 4th quarter?” UH ARE YOU KIDDING ME- we literally screamed at the top of our lungs when the refs were reviewing a play- a moment where no one was screaming.. lol

SO at the beginning of the 4th quarter we switched seats, and OMG being courtside is like being in heaven! it is unreal down there, something I NEVER thought I would ever get to experience!  one- you feel so small sitting on the same level as all the players two- you get to hear all their chit chats on the court and its SO FUN. We even almost got hit by the ball which was awesome. 

but wow, its friday and I am STILL recovering from the unexpected awesomeness that was Tuesday night. I am now determined to get courtside seats at least once a season or something (when I get a job), because damn on tuesday I got a little taste of heaven, and i want more! hahaha
